Description of Service

myMDnotes is a web application for previewing, editing, sharing, and exporting Markdown files with support for Mermaid diagrams, SVG illustrations, KaTeX math, and more. The Service runs primarily in your browser and does not require an account for basic features.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service

Your content remains yours. myMDnotes does not claim any ownership over the Markdown files you upload or the diagrams you render. The myMDnotes brand, logo, and source code are the property of DevTuskers. All rights reserved.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DevTuskers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
